A guest can now pick check-in and check-out dates directly from the marketplace. The platform confirms the booking only if the property is still open for those dates.

A traveler can state the city, dates, guest count, and price target. Property owners or managers can browse these requests and send targeted offers back to them.

How date protection works
- Owner blocks and confirmed reservations both reserve the dates.
- If a date range overlaps an existing booking or block, the new request is stopped.
- Guests can choose dates directly from the listing form.
- Managers can still review marketplace offers and stay requests alongside direct bookings.
